The Croton-Harmon school district's Board of Education has decided that parental consent is not required for anyone in the school to share pics on social media of small kids having private intimate moments at school. They allow this by using a loophole in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) known as the "directory information" exemption, which was never intended for this.
